Job Description

The role of Americas Travel Manager requires an experienced travel
leader, Foster City based, that can work proactively to improve the Visa travel
program in the Americas. A good communicator with a solid understanding of
travel technology, change management and customer service. This role will
require collaboration with both travel arrangers and Executive Management to
engage, educate and elaborate our travel initiatives in a positive and concise
manner. Work in conjunction the global travel team to align all processes and
service metrics.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work both independently and as part
    of a global team in order to set objectives and results

  • Strong travel technology knowledge, such as
    implementation, customizations and support

  • Experienced in change-management and project
    leadership

  • Strong focus on customer service to will exceed
    normal satisfaction levels from both the global travel team and our contracted
    vendors

  • Vendor negotiation skills that include agency,
    car, hotel and online booking tool RFP’s, bid process, scoring and on boarding
    of vendors.

  • Strong verbal skills to articulate and
    communicate complex booking processes to end users

  • Advanced knowledge of CWT IQAnalytics, CWT
    Portrait, Resolve and MS Office Suite.

  • Leadership skills to proactively educate end
    users on travel compliance and policy adoption.
