Job Description

e Global Customer Care Services (GCCS) Employee Communication Associate Analyst will help drive compelling internal communications, employee engagement and Visa’s culture evolution. The role will ensure organizational initiatives, projects and activities are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders across all sites. 

He/She is a creative storyteller who thrives in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment with consistent deadlines. An excellent multi-tasker, this individual contributor will be tasked with fostering an engaged, global community of contact center employees who possess a clear understanding of business vision, strategy, goals, programs, and culture.
This role will work closely with senior leaders, engagement committee members, and volunteer writers throughout the organization.


  • Serve as a key partner to business unit executives for all related internal communications efforts ensuring frequent, transparent and impactful communications 
  • Coordinate the implementation of the formal GCCS Newsletter Volunteers Writers Program across the organization. 
  • Drive program marketing and participation; develop content, governance, guidelines, and publication cadence and archiving. 
  • Maintain an updated repository of communication templates
  • Contribute to the creation of compelling content – primarily written – that can be posted on GCCS intranet site, monitors, and other internal communication channels with the intention of driving employee engagement and connection to leadership and strategy
  • Collect photographs of events held at all sites

Knowledge Required:

  • Strong understanding of communication functions, in particular content development and communication metrics 
  • General knowledge of financial services or payments industry


Basic Experience and Education Qualifications

  • MUST be currently a Junior or above working towards a BA Degree in Marketing, Journalism or Communications
  • Experience in multimedia content creation
  • Proven experience in building relationships with key stakeholders

Skills Required

  • Superior writing skills, particularly journalistic style
  • Skilled at working collaboratively to produce communications for multiple stakeholders in their respective voices
  • Ability to operate in a very fast-paced environment with multiple high-level priorities
  • Highly competent user of Microsoft Office Suite, General understanding of SharePoint is a plus
  • Passionate about improving and sustaining employee engagement
