The mission of the Cyber Engagement Program Manager is to transform our internal approach to talent engagement to achieve our objective of having and being the ‘best people in Cyber’. The Cybersecurity Engagement Program Manager will lead the development and implementation of the “The Pulse” engagement program, providing leadership of the overall engagement function for Cybersecurity. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Developing “The Pulse” long-term strategies and key initiatives to promote and achieve a culture of Cyber service excellence and employee engagement
Working with Cyber leadership and management to develop strategies and demonstrable links between staff engagement and Cyber organization goals
Developing and driving “The Pulse” employee engagement action plans
Overseeing the overall production of “The Pulse” events (e.g. Cyber Summits, All Staff Meetings, Staff Social/Networking Events, Meet-the-Leader sessions, Women in Info Security, etc.) internal
communications and related program materials using Cyber branding, including newsletters, chatter, e-blasts and other internal channels for the purpose of communicating engagement information to employees.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and implement regular enhancements to “The Pulse” as part of continuous improvement efforts
Creating analytical framework to measure success of “The Pulse” engagement projects and initiatives.
Developing and executing on annual “The Pulse” budgets and proposals, timelines and creative design to increase employee engagement and to sustain the employee culture.
Creating an annual “The Pulse” communication plan and provide content for various communication channels
Identifying and addressing issues and solutions related to Cyber employee engagement
Working with cross-functional teams to identify unique division/location needs while balancing the overall purpose and requirements of “The Pulse” employee engagement strategy
Proactively analyzing workforce trends and metrics to develop action plans that increase overall employee engagement and retention
Master’s degree preferred

that is easily understood by people at different levels in the organization
An excellent working knowledge and ability in MS Office computer packages, particularly
Highly technically savvy - able to best utilize appropriate systems, reporting tools, IT services.
Experience of process improvement and making recommendations for improvement is essential
