Job Description

Endpoint Security and Threat Prevention Management

  • Partner with teams internal and external to Cyber Security in managing tools that include but not limited to whitelisting technologies, data loss prevention, malware prevention and real time metrics reporting
  • Assist with project teams to implement and tune new sensor tuning processes/technologies into the Visa working environment
  • Work with vendors on providing product updates, bug fixes and managing relations
  • Create clear and concise documentation to formalize work stream processes
  • Meet SLA’s by processing requests to resolve endpoint security issues with workstation support and end users which also includes exception/exclusion handling
  • Administrate and Implement policies/rules on endpoint sensors as well as refine security standards

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in cyber security technologies
  • A strong technical and business understanding of endpoint tools methodologies to securely sandbox working environments
  • Expert knowledge on network technologies, diagrams and troubleshooting
  • Desire to work in a team environment
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or related degree preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
