Job Description

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Team within Information Security is responsible for securing employee access to our core applications in the most efficient, compliant and user-friendly manner, innovatively using the latest industry standards and tools. Our Vision is to always safeguard the company information assets and seamlessly enable everyone to have the right access at the right time for the right reason.

Some things you might work on as an Analyst in the Access Management team:

  • Gather and document business and functional requirements for an Identity Analytics Database
  • Design and/or develop an Identity Analytics Database (IAD), including documenting the business processes around it
  • Assist in defining role lifecycle management process leveraging IAD
  • Assist in improving privilege access management by:
  • Gathering and documenting the usage of application accounts
  • Defining the enterprise credential vault enrolment process, along with the regular credential rotation workflow
  • Establishing dashboard to monitor progress of enrolment effort
  • Assist in standardizing access management process across multiple platforms (AD, UNIX, Mainframe, Tandem) and applications
  • Assist in information security awareness activities

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate students graduating by 2018
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering Information Systems or a related field
  • Basic understanding of applications, systems and networks - Information Security domains
  • Basic understanding of business process analysis and data analytics methods / tools
  • Preferably be familiar with information security / tech risk standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, PCI DSS, COBIT)
  • Good organizational and time management skills, able to multi-task
  • Experienced with MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • The ability to take on challenges and address problems head-on
