Job Description

The Marketing Analyst, U.S. Client Marketing will support the development and execution of client programs that optimize the use of Visa marketing platforms/initiatives (Visa Checkout, Mobile Payments) and sponsorship assets (NFL, Olympics and FIFA).  This analyst is responsible for supporting partnership relationships with Visa clients, and building best-in-class marketing plans that support business goals for both Visa and its clients.  This position fills a key role in our expanded focus on client marketing efforts. 

This Analyst must be able to thrive in a fast-moving, highly matrixed environment. He/she will be results-oriented, flexible, and have a “can do”, positive attitude.  Additionally, he/she must have a strong track record in working collaboratively with internal team members and external clients. 

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of marketing programs for clients by coordinating the activities of internal Visa cross-functional teams and external agency partners
  • Manage agency partners during client program development, including routing materials for review and securing stakeholder approvals
  • Provide project management support for client marketing programs, including managing weekly client status calls, overseeing creative development process with the agency, routing materials for necessary approvals, managing post campaign tracking and analytics
  • Work cross-functionally to secure internal stakeholder alignment, communicate
  • Participate in ideation and development of custom marketing programs across Visa platforms and sponsorship assets (NFL, Olympics, FIFA, Visa Signature lifestyle benefits)
  • Manage tracking and reporting for client activation and program details
  • Support Visa Signature client sell-in, agency management and activation implementation
  • Development and routing of legal agreements
  • Purchase Order creation and management
  • Project timeline and budget management
  • Oversee client activation tracking and reporting across the Super Regional team

Qualifications

 

  • BA/BA required
  • 2-4 years business experience, with majority in marketing roles that involved project management
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience coordinating cross functional, end-to-end projects that included a high level of detail
  • Team player able to work on multi-part projects across teams and able to ensure project deadlines and budgets are met
  • Ability and initiative to self-manage when necessary and ability to multitask to support multiple efforts as needed
  • Experience in contract development
  • Experience managing internal and external customers and users
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to influence at a mid-management level both internally and externally
