Job Description

Support CSS Finance Business Partners in all forecasting and reporting activities related to revenues, operating expenses and headcount of Client Support Services
• Prepare supporting presentations for FBP financial reviews with budget owners.

• Support development of annual plans and forecast updates. Analyze actual results against forecasts and concisely highlight variance drivers and action items
• Effectively engage, partner and develop strong relationships with business partners and serve as a key point of contact for finance guidance
• Individual contributor who will partner with finance business partners in providing guidance on forecast and bringing financial discipline in investment decisions
• Develop and enhance relevant financial metrics to provide key analytics to business partners
• Identify opportunities for reporting improvements within CSS financial reporting structure
• Collaborate with all levels of CSS management in a matrix organization structure
• Acquire and maintain a deep understanding of the strategies, priorities and issues in Client Support Services

Qualifications

4-6 years of relevant financial analysis work experience

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field

•Excellent business acumen

•Demonstrated leadership capabilities to drive key financial processes

•Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills and ability to clearly communicate results with multiple audiences

•Attention to detail and keen sense for accuracy

•Advanced skills in MS Excel, database management, Hyperion, and Powerpoint

•Exceptional report modeling and data management skills with the ability to work with large amounts of data and organize in a logical and efficient manner

•Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment with changing priorities

•Excellent analytical, organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills

•Fluency in English

•Demonstrate independent decision-making and quick resolution of issues
