Role: Visa University Singapore: Campus Coordinator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (not an exhaustive list) – under the guidance of Senior Director, Visa University Singapore and AP/CEMEA Learning Leader, you will:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Visa University Singapore campus including:

  • Welcome all guests as they enter the VU Singapore campus, and support all students and facilitators during their entire stay to ensure an exceptional learning experience

  • Engage students and guests during their time at the VU Singapore campus:

    • Support formal learning experiences by ensuring student and facilitator materials are ordered and stocked for each class

    • Design and support the execution of informal social, networking and learning events to promote interaction among all guests at the VU Singapore campus; additionally, create opportunities for students to design and implement additional informal collaboration opportunities with their fellow students

    • Partner with caterers to provide exceptional meal and break service; optimize food service procedures and processes

    • Leverage and maintain learning technology tools

    • Establish processes for development and deployment of digital signage and screen content

    • Design and implement processes for functional leaders and students to record stories on video for use in class and/or promotional purposes

  • Establish and maintain VU guest exit processes, including implementation of post-course learning history and evaluations

  • Support the budgeting, monitoring and analysis of VU campus and program expenses

  • Support measurement and reporting on key metrics including enrollment, attendance, evaluation and campus utilization

  • Continually research, identify, and apply emergent approaches for implementation of exceptional learning experiences

  • Create a learning environment that boosts employee performance and happiness

Qualifications

  • Ideally, we would like you to have a University degree – if you have found other ways to grow and learn, personally and professionally, then we are open to this too!

  • You understand what it takes to create a great learning experience in a corporate university campus and are able to think from the perspective of the student

  • Demonstrate experience coordinating learning programs and events; ability to manage multiple learning events simultaneously

  • Ability to creatively arrange and regularly enhance the campus environment

  • Experience with classroom technologies such as video conferencing (required), mobile devices in the classroom (preferred), and virtual reality equipment (preferred)  

  • Exceptional technical trouble-shooting skills

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) 

  • Ability to integrate and analyze employee and learning-related data and make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness

  • Project management skills and detail orientation

  • Poise at engaging and developing collaborative, productive relationships with students, business and key stakeholders alike

  • If you don’t have direct experience in Learning & Development, we would like you to have a background in other industries that strive for exceptional customer experience, such as hospitality and event management
