This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Global Talent Acquisition team at Visa! As a Senior Recruiter in the Client Organization, you will support one of the following exciting functions: Global Product, Digital Product, Innovation & Strategic Partnerships, Merchant Sales & Solutions or North America Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing top talent, building/maintaining a pipeline of top candidates and fostering strong relationships with our business leaders. Lead the end-to-end recruiting process for client-facing roles in an industry-leading company.
Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract viable candidates through methods such as web sourcing, Boolean searches, internal talent and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews and provide consultation to the Hiring Manager during the offer process.
Be a subject matter expert in the hiring process, HR related matters, compensation and immigration.
Act as a solid partner and creative consultant with hiring teams, including Senior Leaders of the group.
Serve as diversity recruiting subject matter expert in areas of competitive intelligence, diversity partnerships, and diversity sourcing strategies.
Deliver hiring results against our internal mobility and diversity goals
Collaborate with our HRBPs and business leaders.
Provide support to Hiring Managers in identifying a consistent interview evaluation process.
Deliver results with limited supervision.
Participate in process improvement projects with the broader Talent Acquisition team.
Ensure proper record tracking and process documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- 5-8 Years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
Experience with sourcing diverse talent for unique roles.
Proven deep client management expertise (at all levels)
Exceptional interviewing, communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
General knowledge of current immigration laws and processes
Must be a great team player and like having fun.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
