Job Description

Purpose:

This role has the purpose to support the Visa core products team in planning, control and portfolio management activities, keeping track of products performance, projects pipeline and lifecycle opportunities.

JOB SCOPE

  • Support the process of new Core Product launches, refreshing the current process and implementing checklists and control points, considering that in times of digital transformation new channels and requirements are key.
  • Map and report current projects evolution versus planned, risks and mitigation plans, including the test and learn curve for MVPs.
  • Map and keep tracking of project backlogs
  • Support the Products team on budget planning, control and reporting
  • Work close with the other Visa teams to identify new products launches or projects that will require the Products team engagement and that were not on the pipeline
  • Create, maintain and distribute Products Performance Dashboards based on internal data.
  • Support Product Managers on market business intelligence
  • Interact with external partners who provide services to Visa cardholders to obtain and integrate data into our Dashboards
  • Generate and analyze the products portfolio lifecycle KPIs in order to identify opportunities and generate recommendations

Qualifications

Skills - Professional/Technical/Business

  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel, Power Point, and reports tools such as Tableau
  • Experience in using data extraction/ management tools (basic SAS knowledge is preferred)
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written), Spanish is a plus
  • Presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills (ability to interact with several teams simultaneously)
  • Experience in digital services/products development, implementation and management
  • Project management skill, considering agile methodologies mostly used on digital environments
  • Analytical, fact-based and the ability to synthesize and organize data/information.
  • Creative problem solving skills.
  • Payments industry background is a plus.
