Job Description
Cybersecurity Portfolio and Business Management team (Cybersecurity PMO) is seeking a high caliber Workforce Plan Program Manager to join the Cybersecurity PMO. Our team provides overall portfolio planning and business management support to our business partners within Cybersecurity. The mission of the Workforce Plan Program Manager is to transform our internal approach to talent attraction, engagement
and development to achieve our objective of having and being the ‘best people in Cyber’. This role will engage with Cybersecurity Resource Managers and key Technology partners, as well as provide business
management-related support for headcount management and resource hiring activities. These activities include workforce planning, headcount requisition management, and hiring management, working with Cybersecurity managers to ensure alignment. This position involves heavy collaboration across all
functions so flexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly is a must.
In addition, this individual may support ad hoc initiatives that pop-up throughout the year. To be successful in this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment and quick and effective action without sacrificing quality and accuracy, is required. We are looking for someone with a passion for both planning and execution, and who works effectively as a leader, individual contributor and team member.
Key responsibilities will include:
Represent Cybersecurity hiring managers at recruiting events
Manage hiring/resource manager coaching and training on the Cybersecurity recruiting and offer process
Manage Cybersecurity resource hiring process, including headcount approval management, assessment and offer process management
On-going partnering with hiring managers on overall Headcount plans
Manage hiring policy alignment with Visa’s Talent Acquisition team
Working closely with resource managers and work-stream leaders to ensure compliance with Visa’s hiring process
Develop long-term strategies and drives key initiatives to promote and achieve a culture of service excellence and engagement.
Work with key business partners in HR to ensure overall headcount alignment to plan and budget
Support enterprise headcount management tool implementation
Connect with leadership stakeholders to understand and plan for talent acquisition, retention, development and engagement needs across all geographies.
Support resource managers with internal team movement/placement processes by providing insights on Cybersecurity career paths; understanding impact of openings on team and strategizing options with business manager to mitigate; support execution of large scale hiring efforts.
Provide support in the effective prioritization and delivery of an engaging onboarding, retention and
development experience.Work with HR to update and coordinate all related collaterals (competency framework, role accountabilities, job descriptions and assessment tools) to better align talent structures, processes, metrics and reward with the strategy of the business
Qualifications

Highly technically savvy - able to best utilize appropriate systems, reporting tools, IT services.
Highly developed and confident coaching, facilitation and mediation skills, up to VP level.
Education/Experience
B.S. or B.A. in Business Administration or related field. MBA Preferred.
Expertise in MS Office (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Experience with HR Workforce Planning and Management tools and process
Prior experience with headcount management processes a plus
