Job Description

Visa is seeking a talented HR Reporting & Analytics Manager - for our Austin Texas office.

 

The HR Reporting & Analytics Manager role involves significant interaction with HR and business leaders to provide reporting solutions that are visual, sustainable, and drive business value via analytics and insights.  This position will support and improve standard report development, create new publications and capabilities, and participate on HRIS projects with a focus on being a data expert with regards to HR data content and availability.  Reporting & Analytics team members are required to understand data from multiple transaction and reporting solutions to provide data insights to Executive Leadership.  The ideal candidate will have advanced technical skills balanced with prior reporting, advanced analytics and project management experience.

Qualifications

•B.S. degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or related area

•5+ years Advanced Reporting & Analytics experience

•3+ years tracking, reporting and developing analytics and insights for HR and/or Business Leaders

•Certification or education in data privacy/protection preferred

•Advanced Excel experience required

•Advanced technical experience in one or more of the following areas:  Workday, MS Access or SQL, Visual Basic, PowerPivot

•Experience in one or more of the following reporting technologies:  Workday, OBIEE, Tableau, MS Power BI

•Preferred candidate will be creative as well as analytical

•Must thrive in a fast paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing is necessary

•Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraints

•Ability to manage change effectively always mindful of technology, business processes, and systems implications
