As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for implementing the latest iteration of Visa Commerce Solution products and driving value to Visa’s merchants/partners. You will lead the end-to-end integration, execution, and ongoing support of our Visa Commerce Network and Visa Offers Platform across our top strategic partners.  We are looking for a self-starter with demonstrated success dealing with complex deals, while also operating in a high-growth environment, and solving problems with limited oversight.

Job Description

 

  • Develop an expert understanding of the Visa Commerce Solutions product offering
  • Support Visa Commerce Solutions monetization strategies and advertising/card-linked promotions.
  • Daily program management including, but not limited to: performing detailed quantitative analysis and determining strategic growth opportunities for both new and existing clients.
  • Perform business analytics and performance monitoring of live merchants and partners 
  • Lead product design discussion both internally and externally
  • Support and guide partners through technical integrations.
  • Act as the single point of contact for VCS most strategic merchant and partner accounts 
  • Collaborate with your colleagues across business functions to find solutions on complex, strategic problems affecting our merchant partners and their customers.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years business experience with 3 years of client-facing professional services and/or project/program management.
  • BS/BA required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish effective relationships with levels including executive management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently, and work well in cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to implement strategic initiatives with efficiency, professionalism and with demonstrated trouble shooting/problem solving skills   
  • Detail-oriented and diligent worker, with strong anlytical skills.
  • Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent professional communication skills.
  • Candidate must be a self-starter and have a disposition to work independently with a commitment to detail in an organized manner 
  • Able to jump into projects outside of your comfort zone at a moment’s notice.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with/expertise in desktop, mobile, and web applications.
