Job Description

 

  • Develop, Design, and Manage the user experience for Consumer, Issuers, Merchants and Developers
  • Build a world-class User Experience solution that supports the needs of the Visa digital solutions team and products
  • Contribute and support strategic goals of organization
  • Act as a change agent, sparking fresh ideas that are infused in our culture and our products
  • Foster a deep and rewarding collaboration with the Product Managers, Engineers, Marketers, and our customers
  • Bring Business Process Management design expertise to the current UX team
  • Help maintain and contribuite to the Visa Design Language standards
  • Provide a thought leadership in translating insightful business, product, user data to understand our customers’ needs through research, interviews, testing, collaboration, and brainstorming
  • Capture, develop, and deliver ideas/processes that can help our patent portfolio
  • Be an advocate for our customers

 

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • 6+ years in related professional work experience in consumer payment, customer banking, enterprise software is preferred
  • Knowledgeable about accessibility guidelines and best practices
  • Passionate about creating innovative user experiences to the point of obsession
  • Experience launching world class UX business solutions for the web and mobile
  • Expert knowledge of visual, UI and interaction design principles with an eye for details and consistency
  • Provide direction for moderators guides and other artifacts for usability testing 
  • Experience and understanding of Product Management and the agile process
  • Well versed in designing for data rich transactional process oriented applications
  • Cross-functional team leadership experience required with demonstrated results
  • Experience in leading more than one global-scale project and project teams
  • A strong practical point of view of Enterprise User Experience
  • Proven ability to work independently, provide project guidance and direction to help others attain their goals
  • Takes a consultative role in the agile process as well as an execution role
  • Expert in using Sketch & Invision (and willing to help evaluate Invision Studio)
  • Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with and the ability to work with HTML5, CSS3 and CSS4
  • Experience with ReactJS & Web Components
  • B.S./B.A degree in Computer Science, Human Factors, Interaction Design or similiar
