• Develop a strong working relationship with the business strategy, IT, and Analytics teams
• Define business and technical requirements for existing and new products
• Participate and lead meetings with IT, Visa Analytics, and Business resources to ensure requirements are met
• Participate in client meetings to fully understand the business need and provide input from an IT perspective
• Understand the e-Commerce segment, especially mobile, and the various types of risks associated with Authentication in this segment
• Understand fraud patterns and how Authentication ties with Authorization
• Provide support to the various customer support teams related to our authentication products
• Ensure new project initiatives run smoothly and participate in project related meetings and discussions
• Provide technical support to the business strategy team on VCAS, Verified by Visa, and 3-D Secure, VAA related matters
• Proactively review / monitor current authentication systems and determine how improvements can be made
• Prioritize initiatives and coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams
• Identify and build relationships with internal and external partners to successfully manage and deliver high quality products and solutions
• Create Use Cases and provide project management for various authentication related projects
• Perform User Acceptance Testing

• Recent college hire with IT / Science major or up to 2 years’ experience as a Product Analyst preferably in the payments industry
• Experience / understanding of programming logic (e.g. Java, Python, Hadoop, etc)
• Experience in consumer payments with an emphasis on remote payments using mobile devices
• Creative thinker with the ability to define business tradeoffs, generate out-of-the-box IT solutions and manage uncertainty
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication and written skills to influence and instill confidence with stakeholders at all levels and in all functions/geographies
• Knowledge of Visa products, technology, Authentication, Authorization, Fraud (helpful but not required)
• Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic and results driven, with proven success in managing a wide variety of functional business / IT problems
• Demonstrated track record of developing IT strategies based on business objectives and coordinating the successful implementation to deliver measurable business results
• Demonstrated success defining and launching products from an IT perspective
• Hands on and consistently turn strategies into execution and results
• Self-starter – identifies and takes initiative to address issues in advance
• Bachelor's Degree required
