Job Description

Visa University is a global team that is shaping the future of learning at Visa. We are building a new centralized operations team within Visa University, to help streamline our growing learning administrative needs, and this is the first role in the team. 

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and customer focused individual contributor to help run all aspects of Learning Management System (LMS) administration. In Visa University, we believe that if training is not in the LMS, it did not happen and are looking for someone who shares this same perspective and takes data accuracy and integrity seriously.

This position will work closely with the global Visa University team to set up courses in the LMS, manage and track registrations, prepare class logistics, and act as first line customer service support for our ServiceNow ticketing platform. This global position, based out of Manila, Philippines, will require cross-functional and cross-regional communication over multiple time zones. Above all, your work will affect the way Visa employees experience learning through Visa University.Flexible work scheduling (early or late) will be necessary in order to work effectively across our global team.

What you will do:

  • Lead the day-to-day administration of the Visa University team’s LMS (Cornerstone) data – You will create courses and sessions, assign training and curricula, and manage historical learning data.
  • Maintain data integrity rules and seek to identify and correct inaccurate data.
  • Accurately track new, deleted, and revised items in the LMS including assessments and surveys.
  • Manage team and learner requests in a consultative and time-efficient manner.
  • Identify opportunities to improve global process efficiency, data consistency and accuracy.
  • Pull custom reports within the LMS
  • Serve as the initial responder to Visa University tickets within the ServiceNow portal.
  • Respond to all queries in the ticketing system in a timely manner, and follow up with appropriate colleagues and peers as necessary to resolve any issues.
  • Uphold and exceed the SLA expectations for ticket resolutions.
  • Provide administrative/coordination support on ad-hoc or special projects as assigned by leadership.
  • Work a globally compatible schedule from our offices in Manila

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience of Cornerstone LMS administration, preferably in financial services.
  • Must be a self-starter with proven ability to follow detailed processes for multiple programs or courses simultaneously.
  • Experience documenting processes and creating user guides as well as support/job aids and training materials
  • Strong customer focus with proven ability to establish productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to set priorities and manage customer expectations and work both as part of a team and independently.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to absorb technical processes and apply them quickly.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Aptitude for understanding and working within automated workflow processes.
  • Strong team player with ability to work effectively across multiple departments to deliver on goals, as well as cover for other colleagues during peak times.
  • Highly flexible with an interest in working within a global framework (different time zones); and an ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment.
  • Capable of tackling loosely defined problems with energy.
  • Strong business sense and you are able to solve problems with minimal oversight.
  • Strong English verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
