Job Description

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring training delivery for Visa’s global Technology and Operations organization runs smoothly.  The successful candidate will apply strong organizational, multitasking skills and
detail orientation to all training tasks from student registration in our LMS to room set-up and logistics to reporting. This role will be on the front line for providing customer service to our students and their managers.

Responsibilities:

-Create training schedules/calendar for a worldwide audience based on demand and plans

-Manage all training delivery logistics: course entry into LMS, student registrations, room scheduling and set-up, shipping and distributing learning materials, catering, escorting instructors, collecting student evaluations, tracking and reporting, etc.

-Work with internal SMEs, presenters and external vendor personnel to coordinate training

-Follow templates to generate appropriate training communication and marketing

-Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding our offerings; provide prompt, courteous and accurate customer service

-Support other functional learning teams, as needed

-Open and manage POs

-Look for trends in issues, make recommendations for tool and process improvements, and drive related initiatives

Qualifications

-3-5 years of training coordination experience

-Experience working with a Learning Management System (Cornerstone preferred)

-Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills

-Attention to detail

-Ability to multitask

-Team player

-Fast learner

-Experience working for a global, high-tech company preferred

-Proven ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while
maintaining good relationships with co-workers and students

-Comfortable with ambiguity and change

-Workday experience a plus
