Job Description

  • Partner closely with regional and global product groups, as well as analytics, product delivery, HR, and marketing to consolidate business strategy and drive process optimization

  • Work closely with finance to facilitate the planning process and budgets for the Global Credit organization

  • Determine product KPIs, develop reporting processes and collateral, and consolidate results regularly for management review

  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to management and leadership teams with the goal of developing business and product strategies

  • Facilitate and lead meetings and planning sessions, driving discussion towards stated objectives

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of business strategy, planning, analytics, and operations experience

  • Experience working collaboratively across function to develop and report KPIs, and move business processes forward

  • Experience partnering with finance to own planning and corporate ops budgets

  • Expert in building models and dashboards within Excel with a strong aptitude for data analysis

  • Proven track record of facilitating discussion with functional stakeholders to solve complex business problems and presenting solutions to management and leadership teams

  • Bachelor’s degree required
