The Technology HRBP team partners with executive leaders in the Technology function to drive human capital strategies that are aligned to business objectives. Our key objectives are to:

  • Support driving critical business transformations to build a world-class, “connected” Technology organization that is a magnet for top technical talent

  • Closely partner with executives to build high performing teams and leaders with deep customer focus and execution

  • Develop leaders at all levels to build the next generation of Visa leaders

Job Description

In this GoShare assignment, you will assist in ensuring the successful implementation of the Annual Review (AR) process for the Global Technology organization. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recommend improvements to current AR processes.

  • Prepare performance ratings and compensation reports/presentations that will be distributed to senior Technology executives.

  • Partner with sub-function HRBPs to facilitate calibration sessions.

  • Support the creation of compensation models for budget allocation.

  • Participate in the preparation of executive communication materials.

Annual review is one of the most significant experiences that employees have with the Human Resources organization. Your work will impact 6,000+ Technology employees. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence and senior business Technology leaders from multiple sub functions to make this a positive experience for employees. This exposure will expand your network within Visa and enable a deeper understanding of how HR leverages resources and communities of experts to execute it’s human capital strategy.

This GoShare assignment will last 3 months. You will stay in your current full-time role and spend 50% of your time on this assignment for the first two months. You will be required to spend 100% of your time on the GoShare assignment in the final month. 

Qualifications

You should have experience in the following areas:

  • Project management and coordination

  • PowerPoint for executive communication

  • Excel and advanced analytics skills

  • Strong communications and writing skills

  • High level of collaboration to partner with HRBPs, COEs, and business leaders

  • Focus on execution and delivery of results

  • Growth mindset and desire to learn on the job

  • Ownership and accountability to manage small projects independently

  • Problem solving
