Job Description

The Executive role is right for a communication professional with 2-3 years of experience.  It is responsible for supporting the employee communication team, developing and implementing a multi-channel Employment Brand program and supporting our corporate social media strategy. The Executive will work with a small but dynamic team across the region and there may be times there will be opportunities to support specific in-market activity including external communication initiatives to support the business

Qualifications

Professional
•    The right candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in communication and relevant university degree (journalism, business or communication preferred)
•    Knowledge of social and digital communication channels
•    Outgoing and intellectually curious 
•    Able to build a large network of colleagues across functions and geographies
•    Creative, solution-oriented problem solving
•    Exceptional written and spoken English; other Asian languages a plus

Technical
•    Expertise in all Microsoft Office programs
•    Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills a plus
•    Understanding of the technical aspects of social media channel engagement
