Job Description and Responsibilities

 

Sales Enablement.  Create and maintain a centralized hub to house all bespoke merchant sales materials. Partner with product marketing to ensure the latest pitch decks, competitive talking points, one pagers, and other templates are included.  Apply knowledge of our unique customer and prospect base to ensure materials are appropriately packaged for sales consumption. Support continued learning of the sales team through coordination with sales training, including new hire onboarding, periodic sales skills training and sales kick-off events.

 

Execute initiatives to accelerate acquisition and penetration of strategic accounts.  Liaise with product marketing to ensure sales has access to top-notch materials to support migration strategic account sales engagements (pitch decks, proposals, GTM, one sheets).  Provide clarity and direction to sales on deal key milestones and appropriate related materials.  Deliver quarterly sales “playbooks” offering direction to sales on the “when, how, who and with what” when speaking to our customers and prospects. These “playbooks” will vary quarter to quarter based on the internal initiatives that require support.

 

 

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.

·       At least 5-8 years of related experience in fast paced financial or technology environment.

·       The ability to respond to ad hoc requests and to influence others is essential.

·       Must be comfortable in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills in working with partners globally across functions.

·       Excellent organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
