Job Description
Overview
The Issuer Processing function at Visa is focused on contributing value adding solutions to our processing clients. Visa DPS, Visa’s primary Issuer Processing asset, is the largest Issuer Processor of Visa transactions with over 32B transactions processed in 2017 representing over $1.2T in payments volume. Our primary objective is to ensure that the client portfolios processed by Visa DPS perform better than those processed by our competitors.
The primary function of this role is to lead the day-to-day administrative, finance and audit activities for Issuer Processing Product Development. You are responsible for supporting our Denver site leadership team to improve site engagement through effective coordination and communication. You will be part of the team reporting directly to our SVP in Denver, Colorado. Your work will be a critical factor in our overall team and site performance.
We are looking for someone who is highly efficient and a natural leader, with experience in change management, communications, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- You will lead and develop a diverse team
- You will assist in the development and communication of our people strategy including our overall workforce plan and location strategy
- You will manage the audit and compliance function, ensuring that we meet all requirements for internal and external audits and provide information in a timely manner
- You will coordinate weekly meetings with direct reports to the SVP ensuring a clear agenda is established and deliverables from meetings are successfully executed
- You will write communications including weekly executive reporting, the creation and coordination of presentation material for regular town hall meetings and other departmental or site events
- You will handle the training budget, execution of learning and development program, and recruiting in partnership with Human Resources
- You will deliver on requirements from the Technology Business Management Office for planning activities and site events
- You will partner with the Corporate Facilities Team to work on site facilities space planning and forecasting for Technology
- You will plan Denver site events and communicate at the direction of the site leadership committee to achieve our goals as employer of choice
Qualifications
At least 10 years of experience in a related operations or project management related position with a track record of successful execution
- You are highly organized with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to multitask while manage competing priorities
- You have strong financial acumen, great quantitative skills and experience taking raw data and drawing actionable insights from it
- Your communication and project management skills are strong, including a deep understanding of relevant tools like Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Tableau, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
- You have proven experience leading projects and delivering against specific milestones
- You have extensive experience in interacting with senior leaders and holding them accountable for deliverables
- Bachelor's degree, master degree preferred
