Network Processing develops and manages end-to-end technology solutions that deliver reliable, scalable and secure financial transaction processing services to Visa issuers and acquirers.

Job Description

The position will be responsible for a broad range of business analytics and employee engagement-related initiatives in support of both the Highlands Ranch/Denver campus as well as a specific technology organization. You will be part of the team reporting directly to our VP in the Network Processing technology organization. Your work will be a critical factor in our overall team and site engagement.

The primary function of this role is to lead the day-to-day administrative, planning, and analytics activities for the local Network Processing teams. In addition, you are responsible for supporting our Denver site leadership team to improve site engagement and the employee experience through effective coordination and communication. The main responsibilities will include workforce analytics and reporting, facility coordination, new hire orientation, and coordination and communication of engagement-related activities.

A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Attention to detail and ability to anticipate the needs of the management team is important. We are looking for someone with a passion for both planning and execution, and who works effectively as a leader, individual contributor and team member. The ideal candidate has a proven record of accomplishment managing complex initiatives, is self-motivated, highly organized, and fosters positive internal and external relationships.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • You will initiate and manage Technology-wide employee engagement programs and initiatives, both ad-hoc and recurring.
  • You will coordinate team events including onsite and offsite activities
  • You will support Technology workforce planning initiatives. This includes data collection, analysis, presentation summaries, and project management support.
  • You will act as a liaison, problem solver, and facilitator across various teams and locations that are part of the Network Processing technology team
  • You will facilitate new hire orientation, and coordinate aligned logistics
  • You will develop reports, dashboards, and operational Technology metrics, providing analytics with a focus on continuous improvement and evolution to maximize decision making and improve quality
  • You will assist with financial forecasting activities
  • You will act as the facilities lead for the Network Processing team in the local office
  • You will support, at times, off-hour technology related activities and events

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • You are highly organized, have exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • You have strong financial acumen, great quantitative skills and experience taking raw data and drawing actionable insights from it
  • You have experience in managing technically complex, cross-organizational, multi-stakeholder process improvement initiatives
  • You have experience facilitating new hire orientation or onboarding
  • Your communication and project management skills are strong, including a deep understanding of relevant tools like Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Tableau, etc. 
  • You have proven experience in effectively communicating technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels.
  • You have the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles
  • You have experience and understanding of financial systems such as Hyperion
  • Experience in the Payments and/or Technology industry a plus.
