Job Description

The role is responsible for supporting the Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) team for Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) in client (external and internal) engagements to ensure business plans are implemented, and goals are met.

This is a true opportunity to help bridge the gap between data, insights and action by conducting research, interpretation and providing actual business recommendations.

Identifies and acts on business opportunities that leverages internal data to create new products or services that will increase revenue.

Develops new knowledge combining different sources such as Visa data, industry trends, benchmarks and strategies.

Continuously develop and present innovative ideas such as mobile Apps, APIs, digital solutions, etc

Qualifications

Great interpersonal skills - team player.

Excellent business planning and project management skills.

Excellent communications skills, written and verbal and ability to communicate at all levels within large organizations.

Ability to work independently.

Knowledge and understanding of banking operations and/ or payment schemes, including products & services, business systems and processes; card acquiring experience desired.

Knowledge of analytical tools, some coding experience desirable (SAS, SQL, Tableau, R, Python)

Excellent presentation skills.

Ability to identify key strategic issues and to generate and deliver creative and innovative solutions to problems and opportunities.

Fluent English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
