Job Description

Visa’s Global Technology Talent Acquisition team is focused on delivering best-in-class recruiting services to our Technology teams on the leading edge of revolutionizing global payment technology. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Director to lead our Bangalore recruiting team and operations.  This proven recruiting leader will be a part of the Global Technology TA Leadership team and will report to the VP, Global Technology TA.  

The TA Director will:

•    Act as the recruiting leader for our expanding Bangalore Development Centre, driving key strategic initiatives and serving as a key point of contact
•    Leverage deep recruiting knowledge to create and execute innovative global Technology recruiting strategies focused on hiring top talent to drive the next generation of payment technology
•    Drive deep partnerships with Technology leaders to understand their business strategy, Technology roadmap and talent needs
•    Manage, develop and inspire a team of high performing Technology recruiting team (recruiters, sourcers, etc.)
•    Partner with Technology management for full-cycle recruiting efforts for critical senior Technology roles
•    Participate in related programs and global process improvement projects
•    Create, drive, track and analyze recruiting metrics to both drive strategy and measure performance
•    Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory and legal requirements

Qualifications

Qualifications
•    10+ years of overall Technology recruiting experience, with a minimum of 5 years of product development Technology/software recruiting experience
•    Minimum of 5 years of in-house Technology recruiting management experience, with a proven track record of hiring, developing, motivating and inspiring a Technology recruiting team
•    Experience developing and executing against innovative global Technology recruiting strategies
•    Proven track record of implementing best practices and driving change across organizations
•    Passion for hiring top Technology talent
•    Ability to foster trust, influence, coach and guide Technology teams and leaders
•    Ability to prioritize tasks and projects and to successfully handle multiple demands simultaneously
•    Be knowledgeable about emerging tech recruiting trends
•    Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
