As a digital data manager, you will be responsible for building Visa’s new digital marketing insights ecosystem using data sourced from Visa’s transactional systems, CRM systems, and from native systems of social and digital channels such as Google Analytics, Big Query, Facebook, Twitter etc.  

You will lead deep dive digital insights extraction and data visualization work streams that will be shared across Visa marketing at all levels and geographies globally. You will take part in transforming business and data insight delivery and integration to a new level, improving marketing effectiveness and optimization. A successful candidate will have experience having led projects leveraging tech stacks such as Google/Adobe cloud platforms or Tealium to build data a warehouse for digital data.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You will bring consistency to online reporting by leading ETL/rigorous data analytics processes  to aid in the automation of KPI reporting, dashboards, and other ad hoc reports.
  • You will serve as a subject matter expert on advanced technologies that are related to digital data management and insights extraction and stay abreast of best practices and new applications.
  • You will leverage Google Analytics, Google cloud platform and other site data-collection tools to provide strategic direction for marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

​​​​Qualifications- Ideally you are passionate about using data to help drive decisions within a high growth / global marketeing team --

  • 5+ years of experience in omni-channel campaign data management  -  Social – FB, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, email CRM, YouTube, performance-based RTB (display, native), SEO, targeted content development, backlinks, on-page optimizations as well as owned & operated properties

  • Power user of Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, Twitter Analytics, DCM and Google Analytics

  • 3 – 5 years of experience using SQL/Excel to support analysis and ad hoc reporting for strategic purposes from large data sets

  • 1 - 2 years of experience working with large data sets and reporting tools such as DOMO and Tableau

  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with globally-dispersed teams

  • Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
