Job Description

The Sales Director (SD) is a field sales position within our growing Brazilian team. The SD in Brazil will help drive the expansion of CyberSource business into the Brazilian market. This role is responsible for targeting high volume online retailers and services providers as well as other companies accepting large volumes of online payment to add them to our growing merchant portfolio. The Sales Director will work closely with other CyberSource teams to offer complete payment, fraud, security and digital solutions for customers.

 

Job Scope:

  • Identify, manage the sales process and close new fraud management, payment processing, payment security and digital solution businesses.
  • Effectively manage revenue generation while meeting strategic business objectives.
  • Drive development of new business opportunities and closure of new account business.
  • Design and execute strategic sales campaigns.
  • Provide market expertise to properly identify, qualify, and create account plans.
  • Meet and exceed challenging quarterly sales goals.
  • Establish and expand relationships with large customers.
  • Actively contribute to the evolving business and product strategy.
  • Aid in the completion and presentation of RFPs and RFIs.
  • Work closely with our Product Management team to maintain technical and functional knowledge of existing and new products.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of B2B enterprise software or technology sales experience selling to large companies through direct and indirect channels.
  • Previous experience in the eCommerce, merchant business, payment and fraud prevention industries is highly desired.
  • Previous experience selling to a specific list of targeted accounts is highly desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong background with demonstrated success closing high volume merchants.
  • Experience with managing longer sales cycles and driving multiple simultaneous accounts to success.
