Job Description

Position Summary & Job Description

Global Client Support Services works with issuers, acquirers, processors and merchants worldwide to develop and deliver the support model for Visa Inc. This includes day-to-day operations and product support, back office support and customer performance reporting.

 

Job Scope

This role is an individual contributor with a primary focus on execution. This position is at a developing professional level, solves a range of straightforward problems, and analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. This position receives a moderate level of guidance and supervision.

 

Responsibilities

To support GCCS Manila Site with generation of reports and analysis, coordinating with internal stakeholders in developing regulatory reports, monitoring staff and project related expenses and analysis:

  • Support implementation of annual team goals, plans and strategies, including activities and initiatives in business planning, strategic initiatives, operations support and business reporting
  •  Lead coordination of business planning activities such as monthly business reviews and quarterly business reviews, including agenda development, materials creation, and overall event coordination
  • Gather and prepare presentation materials and reports for head of business planning & operations on an as needed basis, and provide support as required to other team leaders within the GCCS Manila group
  • Prepare Monthly internal and external reports
  • Serve as finance contact for Business Planning & Operations group, including monthly expense monitoring, variance analysis and reconciliation, quarterly forecasting
  • Assist with Site’s budgeting efforts
  •  Supports project management initiatives for the site
  •   Data gathering and preparation of presentation materials and reports such as town hall decks, executive presentations, business case analysis, and other ad hoc presentations and reports.
  • Coordinate with broker and suppliers for processing of local regulatory permits
  •  Coordination with various stakeholders such as audit, tax and controllership to ensure site’s compliance to statutory requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree. Requires a minimum of 5 years' professional experience.
  • Flexible and creative thinker with the ability to define business tradeoffs, generate out-of-the-box solutions and manage uncertainty
  • Strong analytical ability to perceive trends and opportunities
  • Financial acumen; ability to work with numbers
  • Strong written and in-person communication skills, including ability to develop business requirements, stakeholder documents, and other key communications
  • Ability to manage and work well within complex, cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong Presentation skills
  • Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Customer focus with proven ability to establish productive working relationships with staff and management at all levels.
