Job Description

We are seeking a talented Director, IAM Technical Product Management. The ideal candidate has a strong experience in Identity and Access Management, building enterprise grade security solutions and experience with leading teams of product managers and project managers.

In this role, you’ll own the product roadmap for B2E Identity and Access Management portfolio of products  We’ll expect you to prioritize rigorously and effectively, developing thoughtful, data-driven features, executing relentlessly against those priorities and keeping upto speed with industry trends in IAM space.

Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In close collaboration with Engineering, Business and other Product team members, identify and prioritize new IAM features and optimizations based on security and business objectives, metrics, and analysis
  • Organize these priorities into a well-documented and flexible roadmap (this involves gathering and interpreting data, evaluating solutions and trade-offs, creating transparency around your decision-making process, and being mindful of quarterly and annual IAM & Cybersecurity goals)
  • Manage the overall product development process from conception through implementation (including product specifications with design schematics for each component)
  • Define the metrics you are measuring success against (and ensure any technical requirements for measuring these metrics have been satisfied)
  • Direct a team of Technical Product Managers, Project Managers and Developers 
  • Operate with urgency and efficiency, meeting deadlines along the way

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or Business with emphasis in IT or equivalent
  •  7+ years experience in technical product management or project management 
  • 2+ years working in an Agile environment
  • Technology depth - ability to work with and influence architects, technical leads and developers.
  • Experience in 2 or more of the following product areas: IAM enterprise processes (onboarding, offboarding, transfers, access certifications), Privileged Access Management, Single-Signon, Strong Authentication,  Multi Factor Authentication, Policy, Risk.
  • Direct prior work on one or more IAM products such as:  OIM, Sailpoint, ForgeRock, Exceedium, Active Directory or enterprise directories, password vaulting a big plus
  • Experience managing large projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to use data to support decision-making
  • Passion for solving hard, complicated problems
  • Enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
