Notice of Positions Availability at CyberSource Corporation

POSITION: Sr. SW Engineers to assist Application Services Engineering team to help design, enhance, and build solutions and frameworks in agile development environment. Responsible for the application development deliverables that include architecting, designing, coding, and unit testing. Build and maintain relationship with global teams and third parties on software development and support issues. Develop a brand new framework and portal to improve the overall efficiency and reliability of our release and deployment processes. Design, implement, and maintain web applications. Participate in software and architectural development activities. Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging. Identify and fix production and non-production application issues. Develop, test, implement, and maintain application software utilizing development best practices. Work closely with Product Managers to understand the requirements and clarifying requirements. Quickly learn and build proof of concepts for the new technologies and implement them in the current projects. Work closely with project team members and coordinate and interface with other IT groups.  Coordinate, participate in design activities, development integration testing, data modelling, software configuration, implementation planning, and deployment support. Provides code walk-throughs to code reviewers.  Incorporates agreed upon feedback into delivered software assets.  Conducts code reviews for peers.  Understands the cost of delivery, and can effectively contribute to project estimation exercises. Supports operational, and QA teams in support activities such as troubleshooting, defect research, code promotion and configuration for software assets developed by the engineer. This position does not supervise the work of others. Individual contributor position only. Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, and eight years of work experience in job offered, or in a Computer-related occupation.

SALARY:       $157,706 - $177,706 per year
