Through the Visa Commerce Network, consumers earn rewards like Uber credits for shopping or dining at their favorite merchants. Other platforms, such as Visa Advertising Solutions, utilize Visa’s data to provide valuable insights and targeting capabilities for merchants based on consumer spend behavior, while the Visa Offers Platform and Visa Loyalty Platform Services power the backend of some of your favorite card-linked offer programs throughout the world.

As Head of Visa Commerce Network, you’ll focus on growing the Visa Commerce Network, which allows merchants to reach new, lapsed and loyal customers while they're using their favorite apps and sites. Users redeem offers by simply using their enrolled Visa card at a featured merchant, so there is no need for coupons or promo codes. Once the user has made a qualifying transaction, they are automatically notified of their reward in real-time.

Job Description


  • Own the Visa Commerce P&L.

  • Define and implement the go-to-market strategy for the Visa Commerce Network and work with senior Visa leadership to ensure alignment.   

  • Establish working relationships with key external clients using the various products. 

  • Partner with the VCS merchant team to ensure that our in-market implementations are achieving desired merchant outcomes. 

  • Liaise with key internal stakeholders from product, legal, finance and technology to ensure sound commercial deals and smooth in-market delivery of products.  

  • Set and maintain accountability for goals related to Sales, BD, and Account Managers related to all adoption of the Visa Commerce Network.




  • Proven track record leading complex projects that require the detailed coordination of multiple cross-function teams (e.g. - sales, marketing, account management, finance, and product)
  • Natural ability to think outside-the-box and innovate on a consistent basis, and translate high-level vision into an executable strategy.
  • Proven ability to implement strategic initiatives with efficiency, professionalism and with demonstrated trouble shooting skills  
  • 5 years experience building and managing teams
  • 8 - 10 years business experience ideally in client facing positions

  • BS/BA required/ and MBA or Masters preferred

  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Exceptional at establishing collaborative relationships across an organization, especially with executive management and teams outside of your function.

  • Proven ability to implement strategic initiatives with efficiency, professionalism and with demonstrated trouble shooting skills   

  • Deep understanding of mobile and ecommerce and a subject matter expert on card-linked-offers and online-to-offline advertising.

  • Experience in payments highly desirable
