The Visa Discovery Program is the biggest step you can take to joining our Revolution of Payments Innovation. Throughout your traineeship period at Visa, you will take on meaningful work, get executive exposure and engage in out-of-the-box problem solving. Insight to team:
The Myanmar Product team is part of the Southeast Asia Product team and is responsible for providing Product Management, Product Development and Digital Deployment & Solutions expertise to Singapore clients. Key internal partners and stakeholders include Business Development, Merchant Sales & Solutions, Marketing and other functional teams. External partners include Clients, Strategic Partners, local Fintech and other ecosystem stakeholders. The team is also responsible for identifying pain points and opportunities, and developing new solutions to address them, using existing or newly defined Visa capabilities, or engaging with external partners.

Some of the things you may work on as trainee:

  • Support a number of key projects by providing input to objectives, scope, deliverables, approach, dependencies, roles and responsibilities
  • Project management of key program pipelines.
  • Learn to analyse data to conduct benchmarking, identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with local client relationship managers and other functional teams to gain insights and support client engagement and execution

Qualifications

To apply for traineeship, you would need to be: 

  • An undergraduate student in your 2nd or 3rd year of academic program
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required 
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Highly motivated, resourceful and able to work independently with initial guidance and direction 
  • Strategic thinking & quick learner. 
  • Teamwork, interpersonal & relationship-building skills,
  • Project management skills and attention to detail 
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
