So what are we looking for in our experienced hires?

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD and 2+ years of industry experience.

We are looking for people with a variety of backgrounds including exposure to any of the following:

- Experience with front end, backend, full stack and UI/UX

- Experience with iOS development, Android development, and web development

- For research scientist positions- strong research experiences and publication record in machine learning and/or data mining and cryptography, systems security or blockchain as well as quantumn computing

- Proficiency in at least one programming language or technology including but not limited to Java, C/C++, C#, .NET, python, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Hadoop, MapReduce, and Objective-C

- Good understanding of systems and infrastructure including storage, networking, data center, physical servers, hypervisors, operating systems, database and middleware concepts

- Mainframe technology interest

- Highly driven and resourceful, embracing the leadership principals that Visa holds. 

- Strong ability to collaborate
