Web Producer / Adobe Experience Manager Content Author

Job Description

We’re looking for a Web Producer/AEM Author for Visa.com. Using wireframes produced by the Visa.com Creative Services team, the Web Producer creates global content that is translated and distributed to over 160 Visa.com websites, in 57 different languages. This role must have prior experience authoring content for an enterprise website. He or she must also be able to prioritize and work on multiple projects and responsibilities concurrently, and must work well with your peer Web Producers within the Global Visa.com Marketing team. The Web Producer must also work well with our marketing partners and other business partners, as well as help support regional Web Producers around the world.

  • Experience working on multiple concurrent projects
  • Ideally, three to five years of online content production experience
  • Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager or other Content Management Systems is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of HTML and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Familiarity with W3C’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines v2.0 is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Author global content on Visa.com in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
  • Crop and optimize images for use on the site
  • Use our Global SEO platform to ensure all new pages follow proper SEO best practices
  • Work with cross-functional groups to implement new features and updates on Visa.com
  • Adhere to Visa.com design, accessibility, and production guidelines
  • Actively QA the site to find typos, bugs and other areas to improve
  • Guide and educate business partners to help them understand our processes and requirements
  • Train web producers, provide authoring assistance and troubleshoot issues across the regions
  • Maintain and update authoring guide to provide detailed information on enhanced and newly created components
  • Maintain other process information relating to our CMS
