Job Description

Visa Inc. is searching for a Senior Director of  Business Solutions Partnerships & New Initiatives.  As a key member of the Business Solutions Partnerships & New Initiatives team, the selected candidate will bring leadership, vision and creativity to both guiding and advancing Visa’s partnership development with emerging and established entities who provide accounts receivable automation or order-to-cash solutions, including electronic invoicing, payment acceptance, data reconciliation and other related solutions to businesses of all sizes.

Reporting to the Segment Lead for B2B Partnerships & New Initiatives, this Sr. Director will drive high profile, complex, cross-functional strategic and business development initiatives to establish and develop partnerships in key identified areas. S/he will design, develop and execute on the Partnerships business, identifying key strategic partners to pursue and extend Visa’s reach.  This person will be responsible for ensuring alignment with the Visa Business Solutions product vision and strategy.

Develop partnership categories representing new sources of payments volume for Visa and complimenting existing Visa Business solutions, such as in the areas of: 


  • Payment acceptance and alternative B2B payment flows

  • Payment automation

  • Cash application and data reconciliation

  • Other Corporate payment or Treasury solutions


    Provide leadership in partner identification, engagement, deal closing and execution GTM engagement for deployment of partnership work in the Business Solutions arena, with focus on B2B suppliers and their accounts receivable and corporate treasury needs.


    Lead product development and/or commercialization of partner developed capabilities, working in close collaboration with the Business Solutions product team and other stakeholders across Visa to evaluate, design, create, build and launch strategic new products for the business solutions team. 


Experienced, results-oriented leader with at least 15 years progressively responsible business experiences with a proven track record in identifying business opportunities, developing partnerships, closing complex deals and executing strategic initiatives in a highly matrixed environment. Previous experience working in financial services, technology, corporate and treasury payments or financial institutions, preferred; background in working with high-performance teams.
