Job Description

What's it all about?

The position will work closely with product owners, cross-functional stakeholders and global product delivery partners to lead and support specific initiatives and activities aligned to group responsibilities. The role also includes opportunities to work on special projects and important business initiatives.

 

What we expect of you, day to day.

  • You will be supporting the development of the annual product functional Scorecard, KPIs and prioritization
  • Driving KPI reports across clusters and hub, and creation of reporting tools
  • Supporting global product lifecycle management and governance (e.g., Product Roadmap, you will be gathering market needs, supporting pre-launch readiness reviews)
  • You will curate and manage product content on Compass and enhance Compass product design
  • You will be supporting strategic product narrative development
  • Driving Hot Topics content from a product perspective, you will be liaising with Product & Sales
  • You will lead various special projects from scoping to delivery

Qualifications

What we're after...

  • The role-holder will possess a mixture of outstanding technical skills, a strategic outlook and the ability to interact with a range of stakeholders across all levels, functions and geographies
  • Strong understanding of Visa's business (four party model, rules, pricing, products, sales) processes,
  • Strong fundamental analytical skills
  • Demonstrable skills in organization and prioritizing tasks
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced global matrix organization.
  • Ability to build deep relationships at senior levels within the organization and navigate complex structures.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in building and running reporting tools
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
