Job Description

Visa, Inc. is seeking a Global Stock Plan Manager to join our Global Equity Program team in Total Rewards. This role will be responsible for the day to day activities in administering our global equity program includes all aspects of record keeping, reporting, compliance and reconciliation. The Global Stock Plan Manager needs to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all equity data in the record tracking systems, and be able to work closely with employees and other functional groups.  Position will be located in Austin, TX.

•Administer all of the company's equity programs and ensure that all equity transactions are accurately processed and settled in a timely manner

•Process equity transactions in compliance with current US and international rules and regulations, SOX controls and governing stock plan documents, ensuring the integrity of the stock administration system, interfacing with Payroll, Accounting, HR, Legal, brokers and transfer agent

•Reconcile plan reserves, transactions, termination dates, tax withholding and reporting, and other items as required

•Generate and review for accuracy recurrent and quarterly reports for Finance, Payroll, HR and Legal

•Work with internal and external auditors and other internal stakeholders for quarterly reviews, year-end audits, and SOX audits of procedures and controls as needed

•Communicate plan provisions to employees and resolve employee issues or concerns as appropriate

•Create, maintain and update procedure documents, provide analysis and support for special process improvements, project enhancements and education initiatives

•Ability to communicate with all levels (including executive management and Board of Directors) and explain stock option, restricted stock (units and shares), performance awards and employee stock purchase plan

Qualifications

•Bachelor's/Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting

•CEP, Level 2 certification strongly desired

•Minimum 8-10 years of experience in public company stock administration

•Strong critical thinking skills and discipline to deliver complete and accurate results in a fast-paced environment

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interpersonal and presentation skills

•Strong planning, organizational, consulting and problem solving skills with the ability to lead by influence and example

•Excellent analytical skills and the ability to deliver identify and implement process improvements

•Excellent project management skills with ability to manage several initiatives simultaneously

•Ability to exercise good judgment and handle confidential information

•Experience working in a global public company environment on equity taxation, reporting and compliance strongly preferred

•Knowledge of mobile employee international compensation issues strongly preferred

•Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of Workday desirable

•Workday Management System experience preferred
