Job Description

Visa’s Operational Resilience organization is seeking a high caliber governance, risk, and compliance professional in the role of analyst. This is an individual contributor position reporting directly to the Senior Director of the team.

This position is a distinctive analytical and organizational role, responsible for supporting and representing the best interests of Visa and the Operational Resilience organization in all matters concerning governing committees, internal and external audits and assessments, regulatory reviews, and program administration. The ability to think forward and analytically, follow through, and create organization for the greater team are the most valuable and desired assets for this role. Furthermore, this position is highly collaborative and requires cross-functional understanding, coordination, and situational awareness.

We are looking for a highly driven individual that can help bring coherence and transparency to all matters regarding governance, risk, and compliance for the organization.

Responsibilities

·       Contribute to shaping the framework and supporting performance measurements to monitor Operational Resilience health from a governance and compliance perspective across different teams and disciplines

·       Maintain a consistent process to maintain cross-functional awareness of governance, reporting, and compliance deliverables incorporated and integral within the three disciplines for seamless administration

·       Assist in the development and maintenance of executive level reporting as relates to committee reports; organizational metrics, limits, and trend analysis; and management action plans and progress updates to commitments

·       Coordinate the ongoing annual and real time maintenance of organization program strategy, execution plan, and procedures, supporting the Operational Resilience leadership team

·       Develop and implement data analyses, data collection, and monthly and ad hoc reporting capabilities

·       Support the team’s partnerships with Audit, Risk, Policy, Technology, and others to create deeper insights for alignment, integration, and advancement of our program capability and maturity

Qualifications

·       Undergraduate degree required with 2+ years of relatable experience

·       Superior analytical and problem solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor

·       Moderate understanding of regulatory requirements for technology payments companies in both U.S. and Europe

·       Exceptional project management and reporting skills.

·       Strong proficiency with project management methodologies and tools

·       Demonstrated proficiency in Office 365 suite and Tableau

·       Ability to implement advanced formulas in Excel

·       Expert at summarizing, packaging, and presenting data to assist in assessing options and decision making

·       Strong interpersonal skills to influence and build credibility; Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to management and staff

·       Knowledge of and work in payments services, financial industry, or business continuity management highly desirable

·       High level of personal initiative, creativity and self-motivation

·       Ability to work in fast-paced, rapidly changing, and high pressured environment
