Job Description

The Senior Analyst - Strategic Execution is a highly visible role within the Visa Global ARP Operations team. This role will help make the Visa Global Risk team more effective and productive by using a process-based approach to develop solutions to our most important operational challenges and partnering across the organization to implement these optimization initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to act as a partner and advisor to executives in the global risk and operations organizations. Your insights and leadership on operational initiatives will help influence the impact trajectory of one of Visa’s most critical functions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cross-functional engagement models that improve overall Risk operating efficiency and effectiveness in partnership with key internal functions including VCA, CSS, MS&A and Global Product

  • Perform process mapping, data analysis, root cause analysis of operational inefficiencies and other supporting activities, and interacting with people at various levels to understand issues and emerging risks

  • Define the relevant KPIs to measure operational effectiveness and ensure they are in place at a functional and regional levels

  • Work across the organization to develop and share best practices around rule development/implementation, process frameworks, etc.

  • Ensure comprehensive change management programs are in place to implement process optimization initiatives and realize benefits

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top university in a business-related field (e.g. Business, finance, economics, marketing, or related areas).

  • Recent graduates with demonstrated strong strategic/analytical abilities, or 1-2 years of experience in a top-tier strategic consulting firm

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships across different functions and organizations

  • Proven record of high performance managing complex initiatives to achieve outstanding results

  • Solid influencing skills and presentation skills and ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally is necessary
