The BI Solutions group within Global Data Products organization works with internal business teams to enable faster decision-making, data democratization and self-service through building innovative, scalable best-in-class dashboarding and reporting solutions. Our goal is to empower and enable business partners to glean valuable insights from Visa's unique global data assets. Our BI developers are critical members of the team that supports Visa's global organization.

The Product Analytics Manager, BI Solutions will support BI Solutions development for Global Digital Products team.

What are we looking for?

• You are someone who is comfortable engaging with business owners, data geeks and technology teams alike and have strong experience in translating business needs into measurable outcomes

• You are an expert with Tableau and SQL, hands-on, obsess with using data to drive business decisions and passionate about building effective and engaging visualizations

• You possess strong collaboration and influencing skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams to drive deliverables, projects and engagements to completion

• You have a "make it happen" attitude –you do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful!

Your key responsibilities would be to

• Own and drive the roadmap for entire suite of KPIs, reports and dashboards for Global Digital Products

• Be the product owner, develop visualizations and create stories for the technology team that will support solution build outs and data instrumentation for new Digital products and capabilities

• Develop deep partnership with the product team and be the thought-partner for defining KPIs for new initiatives and product capabilities

• Become an expert in Visa data and sources to quickly determine the best way to put information together

• Collaborate with the broader BI platform team and Technology to develop, optimize and align BI solutions to meet business needs

• 5+ years of business intelligence, analytics or related experience. Experience with analytics/BI in banking/payments industry is desirable

• Bachelor degree in a technical discipline, advanced degree preferred

• Skilled in dashboard development using Tableau and with connecting Tableau to Hadoop datasets through Hive or Datameer or similar toolset, Tableau certification is a plus

• Strong SQL skills, experience working with large datasets, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good listening and communication skills to understand core business problem internal partners are trying to solve

• Superior analytical and problem solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor

• Must work well in highly collaborative, matrixed and team oriented environment
