What’s it all about?

Responsible for supporting the Corporate Communications Team Europe in 2 key areas:

  • Corporate Communications – enabling seamless delivery of corporate communications campaigns.  Includes exposure to all aspects of communications campaign with key responsibilities including maintaining calendar of events & activities, supporting on key events, creating & managing budgets, developing briefs & briefing documents, driving consistent reporting across Europe.
  • CEO visibility programme – day to day management of CEO visibility programme. Includes effective assessment & management of inbound CEO invitations & external opportunities providing robust research & reasoning and supporting senior team members to deliver effective programme.

 

What we expect of you, day to day.

  • Maintains speaker engagement calendar of activity for Corp Comms team / key execs

  • Manages day to day enquiries regarding CEO visibility programme, providing robust research & analysis

  • Project manages key communications activities, events & campaigns ensuring delivery on time/on budget

  • Supports PR, Digital & Social team in developing appropriate assets

  • Manages budget / budget process for PR, Digital & Social team

  • Creates reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of campaigns including media / social analysis & evaluation

  • Assists and/or leads in management and delivery of Comms activity at conferences and events including briefing books, briefing presentations, stand management, media liaison, measurement reporting

  • Provides logistical, organizational and content support for Comms events – external

  • Oversees management of media monitoring & social media monitoring programme

  • Works with regional communications leads to drive consistent reporting across Europe

  • Establishes and maintains processes to improve team efficiency & performance

  • Builds strong relationships with immediate team and broader colleague base

Qualifications

What we’re after…

Essential:

  • Educated to degree level, or equivalent professional experience

  • Experience within a PR or communications environment

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills in English

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with senior internal stakeholders

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure with tight deadlines

  • An active interest in the media and public affairs

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint

  • Digital channel experience

 

Desirable:

  • Passionate about communications – PR, digital & social

  • Experience working with data / media evaluation and analysis

  • Passionate & experience with digital / social channels

  • Project management experience

  • Budget management experience

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills in English, with other European languages an advantage

  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
