The marketing associate will be responsible for supporting, coordinating and following up on the execution of main marketing initiatives.
Work in collaboration with Marketing Director to execute business strategies and marketing plans aiming to achieve business objectives and maximize our brand presence in the market. Leading and aligning agencies and key partners to deliver marketing programs with flawless execution
Suppot the execution and development of marketing strategies and campaigns for the country, including media plan, digital partnerships and engagements, and social strategy.
In partnership with Client Marketing Team deliver a flawless execution of Join Marketing Plans of top clients, with a strong focus on generating value to our strategic partners
Drive post execution/ implementation analysis for main consumer and client marketing campigns, generating learnings and reccomendations for future initiatives
Execute Visa’s key I,nitiatives surunding sponsorship assets such as FIFA, NFL and the Olympics, working side by side with banks and retailers.
Execute business processes related with marketing initiatives deployment, and guarantee the Time to Maket forecasted on the plan.
Guarantee the correct Brand application in accordance with globakl guidelines, for ommunicational assets of consumer and client marketing.
Controlling, tracking and reporting the marketing budget of the country.
Ensure compliance to Visa key controls and brand standards
- Deliver a state of the art execution in order to contribute to a “Go Beyond” marketing team.
4+ years of brand and trade marketing experience, preferably in a multi-national company or financial institution
Demonstrated teamwork and relationship-building skills.
Exceptional project management skills and can drive consensus in cross regional and cross functional teams.
Advanced planning, organizational and problem solving skills.
Experience working and organizing external partners, including agencies and clients.
Experience working with financial indicators to measure business performance, with an ability to summarize business and financial data in a useful manner for planning and decision making.
Experience working with Argentina trade and/or financial institutions is preferred but not a requisite.
- Written and verbal communication skills and able to present with impact in English and Spanish.
