Job Description

The Senior Director will support the Global Sales Enablement organization primarily around managing the core sales enablement platforms for Global Merchant Sales and Acquiring (GMSA), collaborating with global sales and operations teams to ensure the platforms meet business demands, extending Salesforce discipline around segmentation, sales processes to support go-to-market approaches, coverage clarity & asset management and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver on a broad set of sales initiatives. This position will report of the Head of Global Sales Enablement and will closely collaborate with the Data Analytics & Reporting team, the Strategy & Business Planning team and Sales teams.

Ideal candidate will have a solid analytics background with in-depth Salesforce (CRM) experience

Core responsibilities will be:

  • Work with management and various regional and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute platforms roadmap that meets the demands of GMSA’s business. This includes:

    • Integrate Salesforce with other data streams and platforms to enable/automate global scorecard tracking and other reporting required by management and sales teams

    • Work with stakeholders across GMSA to understand client needs/priorities and modify the Salesforce platform to keep pace with the demands of the business

  • Maintain and administer the GMSA’s core global sales enablement platforms

  • Train sales teams around the world to ensure understanding and proper usage of the platform(s)

  • Support regional leadership teams in ensuring that data is entered correctly and in a timely manner into Salesforce by regional Account Executives

  • Provide agreed-upon standardized reporting based on Salesforce data

  • This position will have one report

Qualifications

 

  • BA/BS in Business, Finance or Computer Science; MBA preferred

  • Minimum 15 years total experience in data analytics and planning/operations preferred

  • 5+ years In-depth experience using Salesforce.com required

  • 2+ years of experience with database /query tools strongly preferred

  • High proficiency in as many of the following: MS Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, MicroStrategy and Hadoop

  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present with impact

  • Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills, and leads by influence and example

  • Strong planning, organizational and problem solving skills

  • Exceptional project management skills and is able to drive consensus in cross regional and cross functional teams

  • Ability to implement creative and strategic solutions

  • Ability to define, create and implement processes

  • Ability to influence teams in global regions even if no direct reporting relationship

  • Provides leadership to managers and/ or senior professional staff

  • Strong client mindset, delivering solutions and products that address their needs

  • Previous experience in payment or fintech is a plus
