Job Description

Program Analyst, Product Integration role will be a critical member of the AP digital product team responsible for supporting token related product solutions across Visa's issuer's, acquirers, group service providers, Merchants, e-commerce enablers, Wallet providers, IOT Partners and third party payment processors. This position will be responsible for working across cross-functional stakeholder teams both internally and with external clients to prioritize, define and drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate filling this role must possess an unique blend of leadership and tactical skills as well as have a very strong understanding of business, technical and operational aspects of product management and development, with industry leading experience in the areas of card processing, payment network processing, e-commerce, mobile technology, digital payments, issuance, offers, loyalty, rewards, digital enablement, consumer experience and adoption, research and analytics, and financial analysis.

The role will report to the Director, Digital Solution Architecture and Deployment.
Demonstrate leadership through the development of token related solutions to improve the experience and differentiate Visa's dominance in the digital market.
Ownership and responsibility for detailed business requirement definition, PRA's, use cases, and product specifications for cross functional product enablement of new and enhanced digital capabilities.
Collaboration with IT to drive technical requirements, product testing, and optimized solutions that provide issuers with a highly configurable, on behalf of, digital solution with enhanced flexibility in creating and enhancing their customer experience.
Provide analytical insight and assistance to existing and prospective clients with strategies to address opportunities that increase cardholder satisfaction, increase activation & usage of mobile services, and driving revenues and transaction growth.
Coordinate, drive, and document requirements across cross functional operational, on-boarding, market delivery, sales, and account executives to ensure delivery of high quality digital solutions.
Proven ability to service and support a range of internal and external customers, while maintaining client/stakeholder confidentiality, often in parallel and within a shifting set of priorities.
Experience in designing and developing digital and payment product solutions through experiences which push the boundaries of user experience and new device capabilities.


Strong contributor with 5+ years' experience in digital/mobile, processing, payment, product management/product development disciplines with proven leadership capabilities.
MS / MBA or relevant graduate degree with a quantitative academic background (Engineering , Finance , Statistics, Mathematics)
Held previous roles that were in foreign markets or involved high collaboration with markets in AP.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility as a "peer" with other senior business leaders
Demonstrated ability to work in a complex and often ambiguous environment
Have stellar analytical and problem solving skills, and can break down large problems into smaller, solvable problems
Strong verbal and communication skills requiring extensive presentation experience across internal and external audiences.
Demonstrated experience in the area of successfully managing multiple and competing priorities.
Experience planning, organizing, managing and delivery of multiple large projects with diverse cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to incorporate new techniques to solve business problems in the area of payments and digital.
Flexible and creative thinker with the ability to define business alternatives, generate out-of-the box solutions, and manage uncertainty.
