For fresh graduates, UAE Nationals, the Visa Apprenticeship Program is the one of the biggest steps you can take to join our Revolution of Payments Innovation. Throughout your 12 weeks at Visa, you will tackle meaningful work, work closely with senior executives and help solve real problems. The Team: Product Solutions – Customer Value Proposition
Within the CVP team, we support the markets’ goals of driving premiumization – card fees, interchange, product rules – and differentiation – benefit sourcing and procurement, leveraging global benefits and technology. The CVP is the collective product we sell to issuers and they sell on; this team manages the elements that form it.
The Role: Technology & Innovation Analyst
You will support the Product Hub CVP team in Product and Benefit Management. You will receive exposure to product pricing, interchange, benefit sourcing, leveraging Visa.net data to make data-driven decisions, and internal and external stakeholder support.
Support on Benefit launch and management include:
You will provide testing of UX of benefits while mapping out customer journey for sub region circulation
You will draft Benefit communications
You will be responsible for coordination of Risk assessment required docs with vendors while supporting the team with changes/issues in the program
You will manage a presentations to circulate to sub regions covering global and CEMEA wide benefits (to inform their own presentations)
Monitoring global offers and collating relevant ones for sub region distribution
We are looking for UAE National fresh graduates who are keen to gain experience in a Global Technology Company with potential to move into a full time position
No payments experience required, but a desire to provide best in class service and product enhancement and delivery.
Strong PowerPoint and excel skills are desired
You should be comfortable collaborating with a diverse peer group
You should have the ability to articulate your viewpoint effectively to key stakeholders in order to get buy in and agreement
