Seeking a proactive finance business partner (FBP)/Finance Manager to join the Finance team in Visa Europe supporting CyberSource; part of the Global Merchant Sales & Acquiring (MS&A) function.

The role holder will have a broad range of responsibilities. As an FBP, the incumbent will primarily develop a partnership with the business to support the operations aligned with strategic plans. The role holder will be involved in the month-end close, financial planning (annual budget and quarterly forecasting), and MI reporting and analyses.

This role reports to the Senior FBP for MS&A. The successful candidate is expected to work closely with Visa Finance teams including Controllership and FP&A in Europe and HQ, as well as other Finance business partners.

Responsibilities:

·                Work closely with business functions/sub-functions and Finance to complete the annual budget, quarterly forecasts and month end close processes

·                Partner with Functional/Regional finance teams to understand the performance drivers and prepare commentary regarding variances and business trends

·                Support the functional stakeholders to create detailed business cases and build financial models to support strategic planning and client deals

·                Drive complex financial modelling and analysis with accuracy to quantify the impact of investments and explain the viability of the opportunities

·                Identify and implement changes that improve efficiency and effectiveness of operational decision making

·                Drive rigorous and fact-based management information covering financial impacts of operational risks and opportunities for senior management

·                Clearly communicate compelling messages to senior executives, external business partners, and Finance counterpart in other functions and regions

·                Accounting Qualification (ACCA,CIMA, ACA) with minimum 5years experience (Pre+post qual.) is required

·                Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationship and ability to clearly communicate results with senior level executives

·                Self-starter with ability to work independently with limited guidance within a complex and commercially oriented environment

·                Team oriented, collaborative, tactful, and flexible, with good presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities

·                Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with superb attention to details

·                Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint required

·                Experience with financial systems (e.g., Hyperion, TM1, etc.) is essential

·                Experience in the payments and good knowledge of banking industry is preferred
