Job Description

The EVS Product Management team is part of Visa Issuer Processing & Enablement (IP&E) team and are the product architects of Enhanced Visa Services (EVS) Platform, EVS product offerings and drivers of product line success and adoption by the issuers or partners. They drive the vision & strategy of EVS service offerings, its delivery, execution and business operations across the organization.

The Associate Product Analyst of EVS, will be a key member of the EVS team supportng EVS team in financial planning, building business cases, writing requirements and participate in Visa Issuer Processing Global Strategy, which may include authorization processing, clearing, settlement and value added service.

The Associate Product Analyst will work closely with existing IP&E team and the technology organization in analyzing and delivering requirements, developing agile stories and executing projects/agile sprints as planned.

This position reports to the Sr. Director of EVS Product Management and will be based at Visa's offices in Highlands Ranch, CO.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Assist in business analysis of new features or functionalities, focusing on client experience, cardholder experiences and translating them into requirements or agile stories.

  • Assist in financial planning and development of business cases for new features or new market entry working with cross-functional groups.

  • Conduct competition analysis, market landscape/dynamics and strategic opportunities for EVS capabilities that increases revenue opportunities for both Visa and clients.

  • Deliver requirements or agile user stories with Acceptance Criteria that will drive product development, testing, certification and deployment

  • Develop and maintain documentation associated with assigned product lines including Service Descriptions and Product Profiles.

  • Support day-to-day operational activities by providing product management and cross-functional team coordination.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience, (can be a combination of internship experience). 
  • Relevant internship experience or working experience in payment processing a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree, with strong financial, economics or business focus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work creatively and independently, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and demands often under time constraints
  • Ability to work in a complex organization to determine business and customer needs and to build API solutions to meet those needs
  • Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages in written and verbal communications
  • Knowledge of API technologies; college project experiences with API technologies a plus
  • Demonstrable examples of self-motivation and initiative taking.
  • Good experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint or equivalent Back-office software.
