The Products, Solutions & Innovation group has the mandate to expand Visa's innovation and technology scope with banks and with non-traditional clients; as well as leading in country product development, thus requires a talent to help drive our global core strategy and manage our growing activity in Argentina.
This position will be responsible for the execution of the Core Products Management and Solution Strategy in Argentina and will also be responsible for reporting progress and activity to country and product leads. The role requires a deep knowledge of the payment industry combined with the ability to develop and execute a deployment plan for the product strategy. This position will work closely with Visa regional product, marketing, sales and MSA teams, therefore the candidate should be a team player and have strong interpersonal skills.
Execute short and long-term strategic plans related with core products management (consumer and business solutions)
Manage and understand financial business cases and revenue streams
Coordinate work across Visa’s internal teams such as Merchants, Sales, Marketing, Design, Sales, Operations, CSS, and Legal to manage market deployment
Provide reporting and represent the project in update meetings and be part of the clients meeting to guide them during the process.
Lead the implementation of issuer’s consumer and business solution agenda in close partnership with sales and marketing teams.
Continuously monitor the market landscape for competitors
Identify business opportunities and bring new ideas to enhance the value we provide to our clients and partners in Argentina.
Design and implement activation and usage campaign related with core products
- Nurture creativity, innovation and design thinking in the organization
Bachelor Degree required
Years’ Experience: 5+ in Payments Industry, Fintech, Mobile Money, Digital Banking, Retail
- Strong Knowledge of innovation and payment industry knowledge
- Knowledge of Latin America and Caribbean Region
- Product Development or Project Management experience
- Proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills. The role will require extensive collaboration with multiple teams
