Company Description

The Global Visa Direct Commercialization Team sits at the cross-section of sales and product with a mandate to accelerate growth for Visa Direct across the world. The team is uniquely positioned to develop strategic go-to-market insights and also has the ability to translate those strategies into actionable outcomes for regional sales and product teams.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally and internationally with Visa Direct product teams, various regional sales teams, and functional teams (finance, marketing/comms., & legal) to collectively bring a hyper-growth product to market at scale.

Job Description

  • Assist in development of global sales training strategy and go-to-market plan with a focus on relevant content, scalable format and delivery whether it’s digital or in-person.

  • Prepare detailed training plans globally and for each region and stakeholder (merchant, issuer, and x-functional teams). 

  • Lead and work closely with regional product teams, sales delivery teams as well as Visa University staff to execute plans. 

  • Work closely with global and regional product and marketing teams on sales materials and tools to support sales efforts.  Familiarity with Playbook and Compass preferred but not required.

  • Assist in development, design and delivery of a global Visa Direct sales monthly communication plan.

  • Manage and track various work streams to ensure delivery and success

Qualifications

  • Must be strategic and creative in helping to design sales enablement and trainings in a global setting

  • Proficient in project management with an ability to manage multiple work streams and projects across the globe

  • Must be willing to pivot and adjust as new information and lessons learned come to light.

  • This is a matrix, cross functional role so organizational savvy and interpersonal skills are critical, as we interface across Visa across the globe. 

  • Can-do attitude; must be proactive and solution-oriented, looking for ways to add value and assist the team.

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, respond to needs quickly and efficiently and prioritize work with a strong attention to detail.

  • Strong leadership skills.

  • Articulate communicator, demonstrating mastery of both spoken and written English, with the professional confidence and credibility to effectively engage and interact with management.  Experience working with teams outside the US is a strong plus.

  • Excellent judgment in setting priorities and interacting with internal and external contacts.

  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate the needs of the team

     

Additional Information

Prefer someone local to NY, FC and SF.  Virtual candidates may be considered for those with the appropriate experience. 

To be discussed between individual and their current manager as this work will stretch throughout all of CY19.  Would prefer full move over to our team but if it needs to be a split time between current role and this GoShare, that can be discussed.
