Job Description

·         The Consumer Payment Solutions team develops and manages Consumer Debit, Consumer Credit, Premium, Loyalty, Contactless propositions and solutions across our 4 markets (Austria, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland). The role needs to:

·         Understand the needs of CE consumers through research, analysis and inputs from markets

·         Define propositions to effectively serve the needs of consumers and determine products Visa needs to develop to enable these propositions 

·         Manage existing and newly deployed products in light of observed performance, ongoing feedback from clients and consumers, competitive positioning and emerging strategies

Qualifications

·         Fluent in written and spoken English and German

·         5+ years of experience in product management with a focus in developing new products / capabilities in a high growth environment with a demonstrated ability to translate client needs into business and product requirements 

·         Payments Industry knowledge or experience

·         Business insights and strategic thinking to influence and drive tactical execution

·         Strong analytical and quantitative abilities; strong bias towards data-based decision making and comfort with financial analysis

·         Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to effectively work cross-organizationally 

·         Ability to own and deliver initiatives from conception through completion  

·         Bachelor’s Degree Required
